01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jillno1 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jillno1 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, content, and functionality available at jillno1.org and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the jillno1 Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

jillno1 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the jillno1 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In the Philippines, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling and online gaming is 21 years. jillno1 strictly enforces this requirement and will request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jillno1 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the jillno1 Platform or any affiliated platform, or have had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money games and services on the jillno1 Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) active jillno1 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillno1 Login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jillno1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify jillno1 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Contact our support team via live chat or email at [email protected].
• KYC Verification: jillno1 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jillno1 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: jillno1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the cashier page and may vary by payment method.
• Processing Times: Deposits are generally credited instantly. Withdrawal processing times vary by method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes following completion of any applicable verification requirements.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jillno1 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source.
• Anti-Money Laundering: jillno1 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities. jillno1 may freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation of suspected AML violations.
• Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso. jillno1 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

jillno1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jillno1 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• jillno1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any wagering requirements already in progress being honored.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit low-risk wagering strategies, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the jillno1 Platform operate in accordance with the following principles:

• Certified RNG: All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the jillno1 Platform use certified random number generation technology. Game outcomes are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with published Return to Player (RTP) percentages.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. All live game sessions are recorded. In the event of a dispute, recorded footage will be reviewed to determine the outcome.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, jillno1 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game outcome cannot be determined due to a malfunction, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. jillno1's decision in such matters is final.
• Sportsbook: Sports betting markets are subject to separate sportsbook rules published on the Platform. jillno1 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by errors, data feed failures, or events outside normal sporting conditions.
• Published RTPs: Return to Player percentages for all slot and RNG games are published in the game information panel. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jillno1 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or use of automated software (bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown bug are void and will be reversed.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity conducted through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jillno1 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

08 Responsible Gaming

jillno1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players . The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets or is adjusted.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used for any real-money activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the jillno1 Platform may request self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the jillno1 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of jillno1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jillno1 Platform without prior written consent from jillno1.
• The jillno1 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of jillno1. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to jillno1 regarding the Platform may be used by jillno1 without restriction or compensation to you.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jillno1 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or circumstances beyond jillno1's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game information.

The jillno1 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jillno1 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

11 Termination & Suspension

jillno1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 07.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative fee as specified in the Platform's fee schedule.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Compliance with a legal order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, jillno1 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Where termination occurs for reasons other than breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of applicable verification procedures.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jillno1 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. You may contact jillno1's support team at [email protected] to initiate the dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jillno1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jillno1 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the jillno1 Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
